Personal Training Single (12 weeks)

60 minutes: $3240.00

My personal training last for 13 weeks. 6 weeks of training with 1 week off before the second 6 weeks begin. Sessions are Mon., Wed., and Fri. in the mornings. If this is your first time training with me then you will be given a DNA genetics testing for fitness kit. This is a $363 Value. We do not take holidays off and missed appointments cannot be made up. No refunds, no exceptions. (Meal suggestions included. If you book more sessions with me after the initial 12 weeks then they will be 15% off)

60 minutes: $2237.00

18 one hour sessions. Three sessions per week with trainer and 2 sessions per week on your own. All sessions will be scheduled with your trainer prior to beginning. Sessions missed cannot be made up. We do not take holidays off. Having an apple iwatch is highly suggested but not required. Sessions are Mon., Wed., Fri. mornings only. Please request to be put on the waiting list for the next available class.

 

6 Week Booty Builder Double

60 minutes: $2160

Partner up with a friend and do this together!

18 one hour sessions. Three sessions per week with trainer and 2 sessions per week on your own. All sessions will be scheduled with your trainer prior to beginning. Sessions missed cannot be made up.
